RE: What Gym are you belong to?
Just joined a rock climbing gym in Alexandria!! My workout bud, former French Army special forces, said ring training was best for real strength. So, started brand new regimen. Ring-exercisesand rope/climbing. Amazing results. Using every muscle. Feeling muscles growing, uniting, connecting. Working toward muscle-ups on rings, and climbing L-sit on ropes. Can't workout nude, but we go shirtless. Fun!! Will get some photos. Start slowly, if you begin this regimen! Best to all! Bob
