I think doing any one of these for three minutes would kill me! :)
It's a five minute sequence which breaks down like this:
- 60 seconds push
- 30 seconds elbow
- 30 seconds left leg raised
- 30 seconds right leg raised
- 30 seconds left side plank
- 30 seconds right side plank
- (collapse into quivering heap)
- 30 seconds push
- 60 seconds elbow
I think doing any one of these for three minutes would kill me! :)
