Planking

Tell me this gets easier!
Just did three and a half minutes of a five minute planking sequence. I am now sweaty and sore!

It's tuff. Did you do a push up position or on your elbows. Elbows is tougher. If you're just starting out and already doing 3 minutes you're pretty tough!

It's a five minute sequence which breaks down like this:

  • 60 seconds push
  • 30 seconds elbow
  • 30 seconds left leg raised
  • 30 seconds right leg raised
  • 30 seconds left side plank
  • 30 seconds right side plank
  • (collapse into quivering heap)
  • 30 seconds push
  • 60 seconds elbow

I think doing any one of these for three minutes would kill me! :)
