hi everyone there ,headed into texas last yr and loved it so headed back this april /may ,keen for advise on places to visit.we have a spare 8 days apart from nascar and pre booked trips.new here so not sure we have got this post done correctly but im sure some one will show us the ropes.

If you are going to NASCAR you will be close to to great resorts, BlueBonnet and Wildwood. Check them out.

Iv always enjoyed going to the Armadillo. Its a very mellow atmosphere, kinda rustic and friendly people for the most part.It might be a bit far from the Texas Motor Speedway but still worth a visit.
