there is a "village" called Port Nature which is all nudist, it has everything to do nude, shopping, going to bars and restaurants, you can walk through a village and nude all day long, hope this helps

Cap d'Agde is an old town and big tourist area with numerous textile resorts. There is also a section fenced off for nudists. It has all the amenities of a textile zone, but it's reserved for nudists. There is another big nudist area near Toulon, on Ile du Levant, most of which is military bases. Levant was the first such nudist zone in France.
