I've noticed this trend amongst nudists...

When the weather gets cool, people fairly often put on shirts (and shoes) but stay bottomless. I've done this myself - my torso gets cool faster than my legs and middle.

We went naked hiking in the welsh mountains this week, enjoying the unseasonably warm weather. But it was chilly on the mountain tops. So we put on fleeces, leaving our lower halves naked. I told my fellow hikers we had joined the Bottomless Party.

I have seen people at nudist resorts do the same thing in fall months to wear long shirts whether opened or not up to them.
