Great reading everyone's fitness goals and pursuits! Thanks! Just arrived in wonderful Borrego Springs, California for a nude fitness vacation. Regimen will be morning 6 mile nude run, noon nude water workout, and evening textile weight lifting. Now 185 lbs from 200 in January. Visible body fat decreased markedly. Focused on decreasing body fat, not losing weight. Here in Borrego one week, then two nights at nude resort in Palm Springs, then home to Virginia. Will measure visible body fat when home and report. First nude run of visit last evening incredible. 75 degrees, bright sun. Ran Henderson Canyon. Glorious. Best to all!!
Howdy!!! Time to post results. From 90 kilo to 80 kilo, measured after lifting tonight. Body fat down to 10.5%. Endurance, way up. Memorial weekend, hiked nude 8 miles a day, lotsa hills. Lifted weights nude. Today, home, took hour spin class, exerted intensely, then 10 mins abs and stretch. 2 hour break, then ran 5 miles in heat. Wore super light near nude shorts. No shirt. Fun! Another break, and then lifted an hour tonight. Still energetic, but know I'm gonna sleep well after super Thai meal!! Thanks, Oz, for this fun motivation!!! Best to all!! Energized Pirate.

Hi all
Hope everyone is enjoying their fitness journey. I'm feeling a bit jealous of my northern hemisphere friends who can enjoy the great outdoors the way nature intended at this time of year. Still Imy own journey continues - like everyone I take a few wrong turns every now and then but always get back on track - I've worked too hard to throw everything away :)
My journey took a major turn a couple of years ago. After a fairly successful competition season, I realised that I wasn't fast enough to fulfil my role in competitions. To address this, I joined a local athletics club and took up track and field. I'm now 2 seconds faster than when I started over 100m, and much fitter all round generally. Started my third season on the track yesterday. :)
