I change my bed sheets every week, because I sleep nude. I like the feel of fresh clean sheets.

I change mine every Saturday, unless (rarely) I have slept in them after exercising. If so, I have to wash them before sleeping in them again. I can't stand my own stench.I can't sleep (nude) wallowing like a pig.
I've beenthinking of taking a trip to Ireland, but now that I hear 2-3 times a year, I'll probably bring my own bedding (or at least check really closely before I book a room somewhere)! Gross. What's that? a potential of like a hundred generations of bedbugs before a wash? That can't be good for anyone.
