Yes. She flagged the one that called her names for not wanting to PM. I flagged him also for being a ... well for being rude and offensive.
Good for you Blue, I only wish I has been there to join you in the flagging. There are a lot of wonderful people on here and they are very helpful. Too bad the ones who get noticed are the troublemakers.
It is more than a few undesirables pestering the females in chat. I know it is very annoying and I do not like to even turn my cam on for public view anymore because that causes all sorts of nasty PMs to pop up. Among some of you nice people of course!! It's not that I mind chatting, but the rudies really just have way too much fun with it. I wish there was a more strict guideline for chatting in the chatroom now, but I guess that would scare off new members even more. But I am not afraid of the creepers! One stubborn girl here.
Stubborn is good, it keeps you from giving up.
Gerry, one of the problems is that all you (general not personal)ever hear on the forum are the problems that happen in chat. Rarely does anyone feel the need to post when it's been a fun time. And it can be a lot of fun and a great way to meet people - that's why so many keep using it even after they've had an unpleasant experience. You learn over time to not take the garbage personally and block and flag those who are acting like idiots. Can't tell you how many times I've had men who were violating the chat room rules turn off their cam after I told them I was sorry that they felt it necessary to show me their shortcomings, lol.
Sweetness, spend some time here on the forum, it will give you a better sense of the site as a whole. Truenudists really is the best one out there. We tried 3 or 4 before we found TN. And we occassionally look at other sites just to see.
Dove, I'm so glad you're back. And so sorry that we're rarely in chat at the same time. I've been looking forward to getting to know you better.
It really is important to flag those who are abusing the rules of the chatroom. You don't have to argue with them or even engage in conversation. If they're violating the 6 very simple rules they agree to EVERY time they enter the chat room, then flag them. It's anonymous and one of the rules (#5) we all agree to when we enter chat. It's the only way to keep them at bay.

She should also know that she can disable PM. Go to: options (located in upper right of chat window) uncheck "accept private messages". The first private message she gets after doing this a box will pop up asking he rto accept or decline. Before she declines she should check the box that says "Do not show me this message again". If someone then harasses her in the chat room about not accepting pm's she should flag that person AND block their profile. This way she doesn't have to read the crap they're typing anymore. After reading Jens last post I realized I was not fair to the chatroom. I dont chat much due to my turtle like typing skills but Im trying to do it more often. I have met some really cool people in chat and have even set up a day to get a drink with a TN'r who lives about 30 minutes from me. It is a great chatroom for the most part. Jen is right, the only times you here about chat in the forum is when its a complaint. That is not the majority of the time. There are plenty of fires started here in the forum, they just take a little longer to blow over.
I have had the chance to talk with a lot of people in chat that otherwise would have taken weeks to speak with through messages. Dont let the negative things you here about chat keep you from wanting to pop in every now and again. There are a lot of cool people who just prefer the spedy pace of chat as opposed to the forum. I think everyone should give it a try before drawing a conclusion. I had no urge to really chat until I met some people who were talking about some of my interests and so I joined in the conversation and had a great time.
Short of it is, the chat room has its bad and its good just like the forum. At least pop in for a while and watch the conversations. You might find out there are a bunch of people who have the same interests as yourself.
Jen made a valid point, normally people don't post in here about the fun times in chat. It was through the chat mainly that I have met 20 people in person from here. One was a lady who had only been a home nudist before, she was comfortable joining us because of having to get to know us in the chat.

ive had a few bad experiences as well in chat :( but no worse than some things that happen at a club or in a bar. the world is not free of jerks unfortunately. and its not just guys. ive been stalked in a lez bar. but i still luv to go clubbing --we r going to soho tonite:) so i guess i will still go to chat. its a nice break when i get bored studying ---which is all the time lol. in fact i often chat from the computers at uni! ive learned about the block and flag. and its just the internet after all, the creepies cant jump out of the screen. so see u there---but please dont be rude. have a happy weknd kisses () judith

As has been said before, the forum usually only gets to hear when girls are being hounded, and
that is bound to put more girls off from trying it. So hopefully your positive attitude will encourage

I wish this old box would let me in there, I would make the pervs so sick of me, they would all leave

You certainly look like you know how to cheer someone up, so I really hope we do see more of
you here. I won't send you a request, I expect your in-box has enough of those, (it'll probably
get even more now you've posted on here :( but mine doesn't, and as I am a, very, VERY "select"
male, I'd be very happy to receive one from you, just to balance up my list you understand, guys
are ok, but they are sooooooo guyish :( and girls definitely are more fun, and do look,
sooooooo much better!
