Has the river gone down yet? Anybody been out to the beach?

RE: Suavie Island
You can bookmark a webpage that monitors teh Columbia River levels at https://water.weather.gov/ahps2/hydrograph.php?wfo=pqr&gage=vapw1&view=1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1
Actually this year the river levels are a little lower than in previous years.
At Sauvie Island, the first area to be accessible each year is at entrance 5. If there is cry beach area, that is where it will be.

RE: Suavie Island
Thanks, guys. It's a bit of a drive from Seattle, but worth it if the beach is not underwater!

RE: Suavie Island
Both Rooster rock and Collins beach are fully accessible with lots of beach! Only the sand island at rooster rock is a chest deep slog.
