brand spanking new to nudism in so cal
hello everybody
i am in my late 20s and finally starting to live nude. i get naked when i am home. never been naked in front of someone other than a significant other. very nervous. i am afraid that my body might react in a surprising way. looking for friends in southern california. any guidance or advice is welcome.

I understand your nervousness about being nude in public, I felt the same before my first visit to Blacks Beach. For me, removing my cloths that first time felt like a weight being lifted off me. I still get that same feeling every time I am nude.
Over the years I have become more comfortable being nude in public to the point of riding in the last five Los Angeles World Naked Bike Rides.
Everyone is different and there is no way to predict how you will react, but as almost everyone here can tell you, the odds are the only reaction you will have is feeling that you should have done this years ago.
The best advice I can give you is get out there and get nude. Be it at Blacks Beach, a resort like Olive Dell or joining in next months Los Angeles World Naked Bike Ride, you will probably find that the more you do it, the better you will feel.
