Just take your clothes off and enjoy being nude, it's that simple, you don't need anyone to show you.

Trying to learn how to become nude and comfortable , would like to meet people who can show me?What, you don't know how to take your clothes off, and need someone to teach you how? Who has been doing it for you all these years, or have you been wearing the same clothes the whole time?

Does anyone have to be "taught" to be a nudist? If you're interested in getting nude, just do it! You will find others who are also into it in short time. :)

I totally agree

It can take some time to get comfortable enough to be nude around strangers when you've been told to wear clothes and hide your naked body all your life. When the time is right you will feel it and You wont ever thing twice about it again :). Good Luck

Wait for warm fall weather. Go to Baker Beach. Walk north. When you get to the naked people, keep walking for a while. DON'T STOP until you find a spot to spread a towel. (Standing and staring is kind of a no-no.) Do so. Undress. Absolutely no one will notice or care. There, it's over. If you are concerned about any possible visible reaction, roll over or go into the water.
Next step: Speaking with someone. Start with someone noticeably older than you are, to reduce any misperception that you are there to look at bodies. You're just there to get comfortable naked, right?

Appearing nude in front of strangers the first time can be difficult because you've been indoctrinated with society's nudity taboo. There never seems to be any explanation as to why we're taught that there is something fundamentally wrong with nudity. The rationale seems to be that everybody knows it's wrong, but no one actually does. Our imaginations seem to fill in the gaps about what may be wrong with public nudity and we develop these undefined fears that being seen nude is some sort of terrible experience. When asked no one seems to be able to explain what fears prevent them from exposing their so-called private parts. When you actually remove your clothes and allow strangers to see your naked body you begin to realize that your fears were totally groundless. There is no reason for shame or embarrassment. No one is going to pay much attention to your nudity unless you've chosen to get naked in a really inappropriate place. And it feels incredibly good. If you enjoy being nude in private you will enjoy being nude among others as well. After your first experience you'll probably berate yourself for not doing it sooner. I know I did.
