A man's opinion
I'm not sure what my opinion as a man is worth here, but I feel a need to share it anyway.
I've seen so many breasts, of so many different shapes, colors, and sizes, that I've lost count. But the one thing that they all have in common, in my opinion, is that they're all beautiful.
I'm sure I'm preaching to the choir here, but I think it's unfortunate that any woman would feel a need to change the shape or size of her breasts (unless it was for legitimate health reasons like breast cancer). It's also unfortunate that I can't say so anywhere else without being accused of harassment, at least as far as I know.

Women are vain just as men are. If there was a safe and proven way to enlarge your junk, wouldn't you? I know I would.
It real comes down to how the woman feels about herself. If she's self conscious about the size of her breast, then by all means do what makes you feel better about yourself. Even though I wouldn't do it; I support those women that do it. And no man's opinion except her husband and doctor's should count.
You are spot on with this and I could not agree more. The same can be said for other forms of body alteration as well. For me, the spirit of this group is not to restrict any woman's right to choice but rather to express our opinion that all breasts are beautiful just as they were created and to show our appreciation for their natural form, whatever that may be.
