very interested in this thread as i'd like to get both nipples and a larger gauge PA done, i about 2 years (for my 40th b-day, slash college-yet-again presents to myself)... thanks for all the great answers and information!
I have an ampallang piercing and the piercing did not really hurt at all. I think the key is to find a good piercer and get them to do it. I must say I had nipple piercings in the past, and it did hurt a bit when it was pierced but only for a couple of seconds. I suggest just try it. The most important thing is the aftercare - if you look after your piercing correctly you should not have any problems!

i agree with that assesment. I was very conscious of doing the aftercare.
