Without clothes acting as a barrier, everything rubs. What is the best way to avoid the chaffing?

There is a chaffing cream that a lot of people use. Just put it on like a deodorant and it protects the parts from rubbing. Not sure what else to do.

I use a little body lotion sometimes. It helps keep my balls from chaffing if I do a naked run!

One of the main causes of chaffing, is being overweight. Nudity does NOT usually cause chaffing unless you are too fat.
