So, how did you go about losing so much weight. Over the years I've put on a pound or two (plus some) and I've been unable to lose it.

I'm so proud of myself! I've lost about 36 lbs., and I now weigh less than I have in 20 years. I still have a way to go, but I look forward to being thin and more fit for some nudist travel next year or perhaps this winter.Good on you, to get healthier is what more people should strive for. It make one feel so much better. Keep it up :)
