Meet in North Bengal

The pics of the recent meet in North Bengal show that it was a good one. But a written description of the journey/meet always makes it more interesting. The setting of the North Bengal meet seems ideal but since the place of meet was far when most of the members of West Bengal reside in the south, many could not participate.As this is a tourst off-season many beach areas are vacant even in the weekends. Can meet be origanised in this part of the State like in Henry Island etc.?
