Off season camping - First Landing State Park

I am thinking about camping out at First Landing State Park before it gets too cold. Figured that post-Labor day would still be great weather and less people. Wonder if anyone would be interested in doing the same.

We camp almost year round with our kids being in Scouts or American Heritage Girls....We are going to be are First Landing over the Air Show weekend.....

When is Air Show weekend?
I am hoping to get my nephew out there too. Not sure of his camping experience but figured he would like the park and beach.

19 and 20 Sept.....We are also hosting a clothing optional kid friendly potluck party here in Va Beach the following friday here in Va Beach........

The only place that allows nude or C/O camping is White Tail.....Haven't found anything else...wish there was......

I would think you'd either want to skip nudity at First Landing or be extremely careful. In the off season there are certainly times when the beaches are empty but I think it would still be a risk.
