What do gay naturists groups bring to the naturist table?

Each year at the at the Gay Naturists International (GNI) Gathering, the Naturist Action Committee (NAC) facilitates workshops on various topics for and about the naturist community. One of the topics at this year's gathering was "What does GNI bring to the naturist table?"
DESCRIPTION: Beyond being a "special interest group" with an impressive annual party event, what material contributions does GNI make to naturism? Though we have been a major source of sponsorship and fundraising, we dont seem to get our share of visibility when in the presence of other organizations. Are we still considered the black sheep of naturist organizations and if so, how do we change that perception amongst our straight brothers and sisters?
So, to broaden the scope, what do groups like Gay Naturists International (GNI), International Men Enjoying Naturism (IMEN), California Men Enjoying Naturism (CMEN), or the hundreds of local groups like Males au Naturel NY (M.A.N.) bring to the naturist table?
