Aberlady beach, Scotland. In October.

Went down to Aberlady beach this afternoon for a walk. A bit chilly so nobody was about, except a couple of bird watchers who I don't think are very good at it. They kept on looking at me through binoculars and I don't even have feathers! Had a nice nude stroll along the sand then picked up the courage to go for a swim. The North Sea in October is certainly refreshing. Took a photo which I think I have uploaded (you can tell how cold it is). Think I'll wait till the summer till I go back.

that sounds so cold, you are a brave man. Hopefully the sunshine helped warm you up afterwards.
