A bit on the morbid side question but it is Halloween week so.
Is there anyone out there who has written instructions for the person who will handle their post death experience, that stateyou want " Nudist / Naturist " listed in your obit? I live in small town America and the local paper carries quite lengthyobits about those who pass. I often see "avid gardener, volunteer, reader, " you name it. Or long time member of some group or other But have never seen anyone described as an avid nudist, or long time member of Turtle Lake Nudist Resort .
Just wondering has anyone seen such a listing and does anyone have plans to have that listed about themselves?
Thanks for the input.

I think that revealing ones enjoyment of naturism in an obituary is entirely appropriate. In order for naturism to become more widely accepted more of us should identify ourselves as naturists. If we don't have the courage to reveal ourselves in our obituaries then there is no way naturism is ever going to be respected by the rest of society. Why would anyone think such a revelation is not appropriate?
Many of the obits I read border on fiction, so you could list nudist and some people would not be inclined to believe it. List it as naturist and many would just think that you were an avid student of nature. Those of us who live as nudists or naturists would know and Iwould be fairly certainthat many of the textiles would not. In the end, few would really care, and you certainly won't.
If you stated only your membership in the clubs or organizations to which you belonged, I think what I said above would be even more true.
I believe that it would be very appropriate to list one self as a naturist or nudist, especially if your were quite active in nudist activities. Listing one self as a naturist may cause a problem since someone might do a spell check and list you as a naturalist.
