It definitely counts...but as said before it must be gaping open...LOL In fact, I think you should take the belt off of it, then if someone surprised you pull it closed across your chest and leave the bottom in full view. Yeah, that sounds like a plan!! Enjoy!!

About 20 years back I had a bath robe that I kept shortening. Very soon it was above my bits. But I still wore it around the house until the children complained.

I usually keep the house about 72 in the winter and I am comfortable naked or with a t shirt on.
