Male Nudist Groups
Who's a member of a non-sexual male nudist group? What are the rules of the group? How is inappropriate behavior handled?
I'm a member of a nude bush walking group which is males only and non-sexual. Rules are, there is no sexual advances permitted on all of our walks. it is known among members, that rules were bent by some members, who were told not to attend the walks any longer. the majority of members overwhelmingly support it. We do enjoy our nude bush walks and like to continue respectfully.
Just joined a group in Chicago called CANS (Chicago Area Naturist Sons). They recently changed their focus from gay/bi to gay/bi/questioning/affirming and I might have been a straight anomaly at my first event, but I enjoyed the conversation and camaraderie. It was very open and respectful overall, which is the main thing for me. They talked about rules (which I believe are online) and the group's evolution but I am just glad to hang with others and enjoy their company.
There are some other groups in Chicago: Chicago Sun Club (coed, no events yet for me) and a meetup group or two. My impression is that they all attract good people!
We started an all male nude group here on the Big Island about three years ago. We have about 90 on the mailing list butan averageof30 show up each month. We've had a few people whine about the no-sex rule but as far as we know there hasn't been anyone sneaking away. There are occasional playful ass-grabs when arriving or leaving which is fine since we are a very casual group of friends more than a formal organization. If we catch people breaking the no-sex rule they would simply be excluded from future events. The group would fall apart if sex was allowed...it's too small of a community here.
I belong to a naked yoga group. The whole purpose is to get have a great yoga workout without the restrictions of clothing. I guess it is rather an unspoken rule. Not really even the opportunity. Semi- erections happen from time to time, especially with the newbies, but that is just a part of the nudist lifestyle and is accepted as such.
I get together 4 to 6 times a year with a group of guys for pizza. The host has a beautiful home. 12 to 24 men attend. Nudity is required and there is no play space. Weenjoy being free of clothing and chatting. The only person clothed is the pizza delivery man.It is anudist social not an orgy.If one is attracted to another phone numbers are exchanged. I have made several friends.
I am one of three conveners of Male London Socials. Here are our rules:
A bit about Rules - our guidelines and how we operate them
We dont like too many
rules but we operate under the following guidelines that we apply (or
will apply in the event of an issue):
1.Drink & Drugs
- We are happy for people to drink at our socials, but not to excess
and we expect people not to arrive intoxicated. We have an absolute no
drugs rule.
2.Dress code
- It is a naturist social so we expect all attending to be naked for
the whole event (except when arriving and leaving, of course). Flip
flops , socks are acceptable if the floor is cold! We may occasionally
suggest a theme to an event which may allow inventive use of
accessories, but that should not involve covering up.
3.Beyond Naturism -
If you are expecting mixed social/sex parties and exhibitionism then
dont come to one of ours - find Nakedmates or other sites. Random
erections we can cope with but please, no sexual activity in the venue.
Our unique offer is the ability to be able to socialise naked without
the pressure or any expectation of action.
4.Contact etiquette-
Please do not monopolise or pester new members, they may not be
interested in your interests. If people want to be put in touch after an
event, the organisers will pass on the e mail or contact details of the
requester to the requestee. The requestee can then respond if they want
to this is basic anti-stalking good-practice.
5.We regard it as common courtesy
to your hosts and those on any waiting list to tell us if something
prevents you joining us after your place has been confirmed. Repeated
no shows will be regarded as a transgression (see below).
Most problems have occurred
when some, over the years, have hung around after the formal end of the
event and have pushed the boundaries at that time after adhering to
the guidelines during the social. You can arrange to stay if you have a
difficult journey by prior arrangement with the hosts, otherwise the end
of the social is just that.
Transgressions and suspensions
- People not known to the hosts (a verified TN profile helps) will be
put on a New /Initiates mailing list and after a couple of successful
attendances will be put on the full party mailing list and the mailing
list for other naturist events. Those pushing the boundaries will be put
on a probationers list and will not get priority when allocating
places. Repeated transgressions (three strikes and you are out) will
result in exclusion from the invitations. Serious breaches on 1 4
above may result in you being asked to leave the event and immediate
exclusion.

Similar rules apply to our local swim nights. Good heavens, if a guy cannot keep to a few rules for a short time, then maybe they are not worthy of membership. Most male only groups fall into two types, permissive or standard simple rules.
