Night or Weekly Nudist Stay - NYC

I am offering a discounted nightly or weekly stay (not free) immediately through the end of 2015 for up to two single male nudists.
The apartment is a moderate-sized 2 BR, currently with 2 semi-private/semi-furnished places to sleep.
I've one confirmed two-week guest, a male nudist from Italy (12/14-12/27) who is accustomed to platonic room-sharing.
One room has a twin-sized loft bed and sleeps one. The second room has a full-sized pullout futon that can/and has accommodated two.
Nightly rate is $30. Weekly rate is $210.
Only interested in non-smokers/no recreational drug users.
