I watched the movie and yes he does look like he is cut...but I believe he's Jewish which would be appropriate.

I'd be surprised if he used a body double (cock double? lol) He's pretty deep into the artistic side of acting, the craft.

I've seen the screengrabs of the scene, and as much as I'd like him
to be one of us, it looks like a stiffening cock with a rolled back
foreskin to me. We're only afforded a glancing peek, but the shape, colour and
texture of the helmet should be all we experts need to see to
know.
