31 Jan 2016 Werrong visit

Ok, I decided that I'd have a look at Werrong today. My time was limited, and I arrived a little late to be able to properly judge the beach and other people. The walk down is hard, the walk back up is even worse. In some places the track is so badly worn/muddy, that people have created their own by-pass! I was on my own, and in a bit of a hurry, but I just needed to get my clothes off today! I'm fairly fir, and I managed to get down and back, with about ten minutes on the beach, in 65 minutes. However, when I got back up to the carpark, I was so hot and sweaty, it felt like I'd wasted my time. There were only a few others on the beach that late, all male, some being a little too "friendly" with each other. I can ignore them, I'm not interested. I felt great to have a little sun and breeze on the nether parts, and I even went for a little stroll to see how far the beach went, although the presence of people almost guarding each end did put me off.
So will I go back? Well, the beach is nice, but the walk spoils it. I think I'll try Lady Jane next time I'm in Sydney and the sun's shining.
