Augusta GA or Aiken SC Area

Going in an out of this area and love to find a coed rental type place for these trips. Looked on Airbnb and not found anything so far. If can point me somewhere that is clothing optional friendly love to hear more. Coed because I'm hetero and that's less threatening...coed or female but not male only.
