Given up using the recent posting page.
When the recent posting page first appeared I was enthused, a means of a quick glance and I could see the sites activity in a nutshell.
However these days the frivolous jokes pages continuously updated by just a few members turns the whole idea of a quick reference guide into a farce.
To this extent I have given up using the recent posting page and gone back to using the main forums index page and selecting the groups that have recent activities, I also have found that I no longer miss topics as I was and I don't have to wade through the serial posters that have to update every inain joke topic. Sometimes more than once a day.
Am I the only one who think this way or are there others with similar thoughts.

Probably a better alternative is to check your "updates" page for recent posts to topics you and online friends have posted to.Beyond that, the "recent posts" just like trending on other social networking sites / apps. Even though some topics might keep bubbling to the top there are still other topics that people are commenting on that are listed as well.

have to also contend with a spell checker that relishes in the
bartadized English so deformed by you Americans .Your pathetic
