Swedish and Danish Beaches

I'm going to be visiting Denmark and Sweden this summer. So I'm looking for suggestions on where to go. So far I've only been told Agesta Beach near Stockholm. Any more are appreciated. Plus any nudist resorts or coed saunas. Thanks guys and girls.
