Nude workout ^^

Hey David, It would be interesting to hear how your workout changes if you are completely naked. You have to be more careful and feel vulnerable. But building muscle is about tearing them down, stripping them naked, to build them up again. So I imagine you would have good results if you have that option. I would love it but don't.

I workout naked with a friend in his private home gym every weekend. Love it. :-))

If he knows your a nudist you should workout that way. I have a gym that I can workout nude in and its great !

It's hard to find a C/O gym. I found a pvt gym near me that you can go nude or part clothed. They do require shoes only, So that's all I wear. I think I can focus and get more done nude. Also don't smell as much since clothes hold in the sent.

I would love to find a gym that I could workout nude in. At least I can be nude in the locker room, and the dry sauna. I have tried to find a nudist friend to work out with but I live in a small town where the closest nude resort is at least 2.5 hours away.

Noah's Ark naturist club offers weekly naked sessions with a swim, access to a gym and classes once or twice a month with a great female training. Activities located in Ewell, Surrey (UK)

I've managed to work out butt naked in a couple of gyms around the world that allow it, but not nearly enough. Any naked gym enthusiasts near or around Seattle?

I would defiantly go to a nude, or clothing opt gym. Wish there was a gym around here that even offered a nude night once in a while.
