Working out naked is the absolute best, and I do it all the time, and you're right about training harder when naked - I do. :-))

LOL. You're right about the jogging bit, but I don't jog - just yoga, sit-ups, and weight training. Much better naked than with restrictive clothes, and you can check your form easier in the mirror too when you can see all your muscles. :-))

Workout class is on tomorrow - mixed group and great female trainer (if you don't fancy the class you can also use the gym, swimming pool / spa as you please)... all in Ewell, Surrey
