Requiring approval

The group is not growing as fast as the previous group, and you are right. It is because a member has to be approved. I have not approved approximately 40 want to be members because they weren't following the rules. They had no full nude photo or no photos what so ever and most of the profiles were completely blank. I am not a group cop type guy or anything like that, I want this group to be a nudist group for nudists and feel if we are posting photos, all members should as well. It does not guarantee no fake profiles, but is sure as heck helps. And quality is more important than quantity.

RE: Requiring approval

I think you're doing the right thing. All groups that I moderate are "Approval Needed." I get lots of requests and I probably deny 33% automatically, 33% after reading their profiles and allow 33%. Most of the denials are exactly why you deny those requests to be members of this group ... failure to follow the rules or adhere to the rules.
We get so many fakes here that as soon as they join a group and there aren't any pictures in the group gallery or they are bored with those that are posted, they leave and never return, never contribute or partake in any of the discussions. It can be time consuming to go through and delete people and I was doing that in the beginning but there's just better things to spend my time doing than to go through the members list and pick out those that add nothing to the group. All you can do is what you're doing and that's what some of us do as well. Continued luck with this group. It's a good one!

Yep, I admin a few and generally have the same experiences. Thanks for what you are doing to keep at least this group legitimate.

Hang in there miev123, you're doing a good job along with your
comod.
I had started a group before I removed myself and added a comod,
but it had little following.

Nice to see, a group of true nudists, not pretenders. Iwould like to see your practices migrate to all groups inTN. Keep it that way, a lot of work I'm sure, but well worth the effort. Thanks!

I appreciate your efforts to keep this as a group for genuine and unashamed nudists who want to share experiences about our great way of life. We can be open about our nudism throughout TN, and the wider internet, but its always good to have places you know that just about everyone else is genuine about Everyday Naked Living and we be our true nudist selves in the company of like-minded people.
