Do ball stretchers stretch or are they just called that?
Return to DiscussionsIm curious if ball stretchers extend the length of the scrotum. After I got a vasectomy one ball is riding higher, not an issue but I would appreciate learning if and how the the weights help.

I e been using stretchers and weights for a few months and can already tell the difference. They can take a beating I love all kinds of cbt and stretching.

I've tried a few. Remember that they are supposed to stretch the sack so your balls hang lower. They do not create bigger balls.
I've used two kinds. One depends on the weight to (gently) pull the sack. For the other I pack a series of rings, squeezing the balls down. One thing in common is that the rings (or whatever) fit tightly round the sack above the balls, too tightly for a ball to slip through. So they are tighter than a cock ring. They are clamped or tied in place whereas a cock ring allows the balls to slip through one by one. It is useful to get the sack warm and loose before attaching them.

as to how long it takes, well a lot will depend how diligent you are and how much you wear them , and as your scrote and cords stretch or relax in time , add another ring ,to increase the stack height and wieght,, dont try to go heavy to fast or you could end up with a hernia. Treat it like weight lifting . work work work and rest them. routines but remember if it hurts you probably gone to heavy to fast

They hurt if you over do it. Pumping is meant for your penis more than your balls. I have seen guys who pump their balls to extreme size and just don't understand why.
