I prefer my balls smooth. I use Nads cream on my balls and my crack every other week. My balls are more sensitive when smooth and I prefer sucking on smooth balls but I like to suck on hairy balls as well!

I really like attention give to my balls. I have naturally very thick and long hair there, but I keep it smooth because it feels better to me when they are getting attention. And because I've been keeping mine smooth for so long I now prefer that on others too - or at least well trimmed.

as my older brother said, if they are shaved there is no hair in your mouth as you do oral. thats why he is shaved, and i agree but ok either way for me

I've been shaved from young but always preferred the scrotum smooth, it definitely looks and feels better for so many reasons and others always approve.
