"A" Group: High or minimally hanging balls;
"B" Group: Low hangers;
"C" Group: Super Low Hangers (bottom of balls hang below tip of your flaccid penis.

It's a funny question because it depends on the temperature. In warm weather a B, last night in the sun maybe a C. In cold weather an A.
