My scrotum is always shaved. I may get lazy shaving the rest of my pubic area, but the scrotum is always smooth. I have way too much gray hair and having it hairy makes me look way too old, vanity I guess

I prefer mine shaved smooth. There is something about the sensation that changes when they are smooth that I really enjoy. As for others, Ill accept any guy just they way he is.
