Mahogany Bay was nudist same cruise in 2019 & maybe not 2020

Quick edit.. I was there on same cruise in 2019 and we were the only ship in port. I believe there were docks for 2 ships. It may be that nudity was allowed there only as we were the only ship at that time?
I assume you mean Mahogany Beach, which is actually part of the cruise port. It's only nude because we will be the only ship in port that day. Last year we did a clothed excursion (Pirates, Birds & Monkeys of the Caribbean) and then had about an hour or so in the afternoon at the nude beach. There are restaurants and bars right behind the beach, but since we weren't there at lunch time we have no idea if they allowed nude patrons.
Since we don't have a private island this year, we will probably hang out nude at Mahogany Beach this year. Although, since Cozumel is the next day and we are going to Passion Island, maybe we can do the Jolly Roger catamaran excursion.
Yes, the pier has room for two ships. Carnival owns Mahogany Bay, so only their ships (including Princess, Holland America, Costa, etc.) can dock there. BN gets Carnival to not schedule any other ships when we are there so that the beach can be nude.
