Completed both hikes through beautiful scenery.
The Monday's hike was strenuous but worth it. Walked through nice valleys during the climb to Cheoah Bald. We had several stream crossings, but maintained dry feet.
Tuesday's hike was also beautiful and was of a moderate nature. The first 2 1/2 miles were along the Nantahala River, as was the last mile. The central part of the hike reached up into the highlands above the river valley.
