There are no public bath houses in India but there exists a lot of ponds in the countryside which people use as community bathing places. You would not be able to go completely nude there .

I have bathe in river two or three times in open air publicly naked.In keonjhar district, Orisha. there are two separated place for bathing of men and women. All men's bathing place ab origin people used to bathe naked in river publicly after sun set. And i also do the same.
