Well, that depends. Have you ever heard of the Yaghan people? They are a Native people from Tierra del Fuego, so far south, the climate is rather like Norway's. They traditionally lived under very primitive conditions, and went naked almost all the time. There are early explorer's descriptions of Yaghan people sleeping, naked and uncovered on the ground, while the European explorers shivered under their blankets.

That has been one of my personal projects: getting my body used to colder temperatures, so that I can be nude in a wider range of weather conditions.
