But here we can have coffee chat like in office we talk when meet across coffee table , Any thing can be a topic, like, what are the weekend plans, the new girl in office. crush on HR, The appraisal disappointment. New car, which car to buy. ear rings (for girls ) or just jokes. You can be devil or pretend to be a saint. So here we go....
Recently I got a call from HR , In her most sweetest voice she briefed me the company profile. Later she said if I have any thing to ask. I asked her , Was Raghu fair with you during this appraisal? She was surprised.
She was the HR working for our Business unit but handled a different vertical with my previous company . And although we spoke, shared coffee table many times, she didn't know my name.
