Return to DiscussionsMy situation has improved greatly, since my partner is a nudist as well, where we only need to dress when having to be out in public.
Having a nudist partner certainly seems to help regarding the amount of time you spend nude. We both love being nudists and find we've tended to spend more time socialising over the years with others who live nude a lot, life simply is better naked, even better when spent with other nudists. We know nudists who don't seem to spend a lot of time naked at home, each to their own, but I prefer living the way I entered this world, nude.
I try to stimulate my environment for being a nudist, so my partner, my kids, my friends. In discussions I feel the desire of many to also to be undressed when the sun is out and you can enjoy the bare naked feeling. More and more people do understand that nudisme is a healthy way of life (vitamine D and so on). Myself: always nude when possible: at home (in and outside), in the sauna of course, at the beach (Spain, US, Nordics). So - just a normal thing to me and I love it.
I am naked about 2/3 of the time. There are 3 situations where I am clothed:
1 when it's cold (then I might only have a shirt on)
2 When I have to go out (work, church, shopping, etc)
3 When we have PRE-ARRANGED company that aren't comfortable with nudity.
We have a sign on our driveway advising that the property is clothing optional and that you may encounter nudity. There is also a phone number on the sign so people can call and ask us to be dressed if necessary. (Only once has anyone called and asked.) So if someone comes to the door, I answer the door naked and remain naked while they are there. This includes service people, UPS, etc.
I figure if nudity is a problem, they will either call the phone number, or leave. Our regular post office carrier came to the door once, and I came to the door naked, and since then she has left our packages at the gate that are too big for the mailbox rather than coming to the door. (Maybe she didn't believe the sign the first time - dunno).
I live solo, so I'm happily nude all of the time at home. I can't be nude outside because I live in a "fish bowl" in that regard (old fuddy duddy neighbors). However, I have a 16-foot sea kayak that I take out from time to timeand I getnude outdoors for hours at a time. Also,I know a couple of nudist guys with a pool, and I occasionally go overthere for nude afternoons.
im nude for the following times:
1. sleep of course2. alone in my room3. home alone
im usually considerate to those who dont want to see me naked, so im clothed when im around them. but when they leave for a significant amount of time the clothes come off.
