I hate having to wear anything. Especially in New Orleans hot summer months. Society seems to never be ready for nudist.
Selling a home in a nudist club would be very difficult.
Why would you have to worry about selling it if you moved there to spend the rest of your life there????? Let whoever inherits it from you worry about that, if they don't want to live there after you. Not your problem after you're gone.
One person on another board moved to the Canary Islands and found that nudity was accepted in many places including some that were not clothing optional. He also found that in most places a pareo was sufficient cover and in the few where it was not, a kilt was acceptable. His wardrobe consisted of a few pareos, one kilt, one poncho for rain, a very few t shirts and hoodies for cool weather, one pair of jeans in case he decided to go off the island, and one pair of shorts that he was getting ready to throw out and not replace, and a few pair of sandals. Very close to totally clothes free living.

You can't literally get rid of all of your clothes. Everyone has to leave the resort at some time for something. If you lived in a warm climate, you could probably get away with a wardrobe as easy as 1,2,3: 1 pair of sandals 2 pair of shorts, and 3-shirts.

Two years later and I am still wondering about the answer to this question. If you had a house in a strictly nudist community, that you intended to spend the rest of your life there, why worry about resale value if you intend to stay there the rest of your life? Like I said, let who ever inherits it from you worry about that.
I would love to! As I get older its more and more of a compunction to be nude as often and as long as possible / practical! I had to leave my wife for 10 months on a job in Texas and was nude every minute I was in my apartment! Now I feel like its mandatory for my happiness and well being.
