Return to DiscussionsI had been gradually reducing over time. Started on the shaft and sack 30 years ago but left it at that for years. 5 years ago started to trim the pubes a little. Then grew a breard, brought a beard trimmer and started reducing the undergrowth height /length. Anyway went down to 6mm & then 4mm and buzzed the sides reducing the area] I was getting a little artistic but made a mistake so buzzed the lot off and liked the look so then I shaved to make it smooth. Now I really like it and will keep it that way, at least for the summer.
Now I'm wondering why I didn't do this some time ago. I know I was concerned my wife would be bothered but she doesn't seem to mind and I was concerned about being in public change roms at the pool I frequent but I'm over that too.
Question though, a few angry little reds spots, is that from a dodgy razor or shaving too often or both?
Question 2, thinking about waxing (just the top, I have tears in my eyes already thinking about wax on the scrotum) or some other process, any suggestions?

Our summer here is coming to an end or it's in sight anyway and I'm not sure whether to bother shaving over winter. I like the feel and the look but not sure about the hassle and also giving my skin a rest from regular shaving. What do others do?
