Return to DiscussionsAnyone in here a keen cyclist? I know its not something we can generally do in the nude, except at larger places like Cap D'agde. Im currently training for a sportive, 150km in very hilly conditions. Any training tips for increasing stamina and endurance? im currently doing turbo training whilst watching the Tour de France for motivation.
