Although he wrote a lot, I would say C.S, Lewis, my favorite author. The difficulty would be to decide which genre to request.

C.S. Lewis is one of my favorites too. I'm currently working my way through a collection of his essays on Audible.

RE:What author?At this point I'd have to add Jerry Boyd to my list. He died in early December, and that will end two entertaining science fiction series - the Bob and Nikki books, and the Fat Man's Legacy series. I'm going to miss those.
