Backyard Nudists
This is a group for those who may be Home Nudists or those who cannot always get to a Nudist Colony, Camp, or Resort and therefore take things into their own backyard! Whether your backyard is private enough or not, perhaps you lay out nude, skinnydip, garden, or mow the lawn, this group is for you!
new fence
Return to Discussionsbeen working the past few days replacing my gated fence that leads from the front yard to the rear yard and amazing how hot and humid for march. unfortunately the gate faces the road so not clothing optional but light t shirt and gym shorts and tennis shoes . now some might say ditch the shirt but i'm a sloppy painter . still waiting for my backyard trees to fill in and no i can't be nude everywhere out back every summer gets better back there and hopefully 60% is nude .
It was recently time to replace my fence, which was rotting (fortunately just the boards - the posts are pressure treated and still in fine shape). The old one was just vertical boards placed next to each other and had gaps - I'd put up some weed block fabric covered with reed fencing to cover it with something that looked better, and it was all falling down. For the new fence, I got a dado blade and milled the edges of the boards so they overlap - no more gaps for complete privacy.
that fence looks sharp I like how it sits up on the concrete blocks .
When we replaced our fence, many of the posts were rotted. I gae my sister the money to upgrade to metal posts, so we won't have to deal with replacing posts again while we live here. Also, after the wood was unloaded we used a stain & sealer on all the wood. So, hopefully we won't be dealing with rotted wood anytime in the near future. We used over $1,000 just on the stain and sealer. At the time she thought we might recoat it after a few years. However, now she has long covid and can't work, so I doubt we'll be spending the money to do hat.
I do lay out nude to get tanned, but a neighbor on one side complained when I was nude and watering the backyard plants. I guess our backyard is visible from their second story.
