Backyard Nudists
This is a group for those who may be Home Nudists or those who cannot always get to a Nudist Colony, Camp, or Resort and therefore take things into their own backyard! Whether your backyard is private enough or not, perhaps you lay out nude, skinnydip, garden, or mow the lawn, this group is for you!
Nude in backyard
Return to DiscussionsIm almost always nude in my backyard sunbathing and certainly swimming. In the pool. I have 6 feet fences and very large palms adding to the privacy. I dont think the neighbors can see but honestly I dont care as its my house and backyard. Never had a complaint about it from the homeowners association.
I have a 6 foot privacy fence also but one neighbor could see me from his deck or kitchen window if I am standing the deck. I put a wind screen on top of the fence for additional privacy last summer. He asked me about it and I told him that I prefer to be nude in the pool and on the deck. He said that it wouldn't bother him if it didn't bother me, which it won't.
Just took my morning stroll around our backyard with cup of coffee in hand. I was checking on the sprinkler system and ensuring all our potted plants were getting water. It's cool out this morning, but it felt good on the skin. I have a few projects to do today, and they'll be done out on our artificial putting green. I'll get some much-needed sunbathing in as well. My wife will undoubtedly be out there with me with her hand clippers and doing some yard work. It's great when we both enjoy our backyard naked together!
Andy, that sounds like an ideal world, two naked gardeners working together in the yard, improving / maintaining your private nude oasis. I spent most of yesterday doing the same thing, gardening, trimming, gathering fruit as well as having a coffee and reading the paper. It's great to have that private space. SBN.

It definitely is great to have the private space. Early in our marriage, we lived in apartments. After our second year of marriage and wanting more outdoor privacy, we looked for rental homes. It was funny to us when we both looked at one another and gave some of the homes the thumbs down. No privacy in the backyard and that became a priority for us for rentals and for the homes we ended up buying. We both made it a top necessity to have a place we could be freely naked outside.
I have a 6' privacy fence around the pool and deck. I thought that no one could see inside until the house next door was for sale and the realtor mentioned that she noticed the pool from the deck of the house next door. I put a wind screen on top of the fence. When I took it down for the winter, my new neighbor asked me about it. I told him that I prefer
to swim and sun nude and I didn't want to offend him. He said that it wouldn't bother him if he happened to see me. I guess I won't put up the wind screen next summer.

Great to have reasonable neighbors.
