You can stay at Layang Bulan Villa, a clothing-optional place exclusively for gays only. I heard they also organise tours and excursions to various places and attractions in Bali (nude or not, I'm not too sure). August and September are the best months for travel. The other gay-friendly naturist place that i know of is: Laki Uma Villa, also known as Sunclad Villa. Google to find out and get more information.
