Anyone else out there sail the ICW?
I think one reason we don't see many nude sailors out there is that we tend to cover up when other boats approach. It's common courtesy after all. I would love a way to be able to tell at a distance that I don't have to put clothes on for an approaching boat.
We are spending a fair bit of time down near MM925 off of Malabar, FL...some nice islands to anchor near.
I have a different approach to that. When I am in "tight" waters, where there is no choice but to pass other boats closely, I minimally cover. When I am out in the wide open, and there is no need for other boats to get close, I do not cover if someone DOES get close. So far, no one has appeared upset. If they react at all, it's with amusement, or by saying they wish they could do that.
