Don't know about those, but I know people do at Gunnison.

RE:Nude Beach fishingThere was a guy fishing off Sunnyside North from his boat this afternoon. Not unusual as it must be a reasonable spot. He was nude, however!

Just make sure your fishing license is current. Those tickets can be expensive.
Different states have different requirements.
